Shipping Policy
Thank you for your interest and purchases from SpookyandSweets.com. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers located within the United States. Please read the following policy carefully for information regarding order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
Please note that order processing times vary depending on the product type.
- In-Stock Items: Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. These orders will ship on or around the specified date. Please be aware that these dates are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays or shipping port congestion. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order item ships.
- Holiday & Peak Season: During high-volume periods such as Halloween, processing times may be longer than usual. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Shipping times begin once the carrier has picked up your package.
- Domestic U.S. Shipping: We ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: We are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside of the United States, its territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items, due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements (e.g., large animatronics, furniture), may require special shipping arrangements or may be subject to additional shipping charges. These restrictions will be indicated on the relevant product pages.
Order Tracking
You can track your order by using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website after you receive the notification.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will incur additional shipping fees.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will require additional shipping charges.
Shipping Problems
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, sometimes issues occur during transit. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information for any updates or alerts from the carrier. If the tracking information is unclear or your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
