Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Costumes, masks, or accessories that show signs of wear or use.
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Opened makeup, prosthetics, or specialty care products for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to Order History: Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Submit a Request: Select the reason for your return and choose whether you want a refund or an exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
  4. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  5. Ship the Package: Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through your account on our website. We will apologize for the error and provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Upon receipt, we will ship out the correct functioning item at no extra cost to you.
